| Made from a plant used in herbal medicine, Rumex is very useful for coughs, especially those that get worse when uncovering (like undressing); it is a constant dry cough worse when breathing in cold air (like a Phosphorus cough). The cough is relieved when the person covers his mouth with his hand. it is also used for skin conditions in which itching starts when undressing at night.
