Stannum is well known for its effects in lung conditions accompanied by great weakness, expressed by a very weak voice and shortness of breath with the slightest effort, so that the person can hardly talk because of weakness. The person is also likely to cough up a great deal of greyish or yellow mucus, or mucus that looks like the white of an uncooked egg. The symptoms get worse fron any exertion , form ascending stairs, at night, and upon exposure to cold. |
