Office Hours:

Call schedule and office hours are subject to change. Due to Dr. Luc's international lecture schedule, this is a tentative schedule, so please contact the office for Dr Luc's availability with specific dates and hours.

Phone communication:
For established patients, if no one answers the phone during office hours, please leave a message, as we are most likely busy with a patient, and will return your call within one business day (Mon-Fri).

For new patients wanting to schedule an initial consultation, we will call you back within one business day, Monday-Friday.

Voice mail is available for general messages only (non emergency situations), and will also include updated information on office hours, etc.

After office hours and Emergencies:
If anything arises that you consider an emergency or urgent care is needed--DO NOT come to the office, do NOT leave a message, do NOT wait for a return phone call and do NOT use e-mail. Dial 911 or go to your local emergency care center for immediate medical care.

Dr Luc is NOT on call after hours, so please see above information for emergency issues, or call your primary physician or pediatrician for further assistance if required.

When you arrive at the office:
DUE TO TRAFFIC, PLEASE ARRIVE 30 MINUTES EARLY FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME. UNFORTUNATELY WE CANNOT EXTEND YOUR VISIT TIME IF YOU ARRIVE LATE.
The office is challenging to get to for people coming from Southern California due to traffic. You are asked to arrive 30 minutes ahead of your appointment so that the consultation starts on time. Unfortunately, we cannot extend the time if you are late.

If by chance, you live within Southern California and are late up to 30 minutes—as a courtesy to you, you have the choice of a remaining for the consultation at the same fee or reschedule your appointment. Rest assured, Dr Luc can easily complete the consultation in a 60 minutes time frame. If you are over 30 minutes late, Dr Luc will be unable to see you, and you will need to reschedule your appointment.

Your initial consultation with Dr Luc can last up to 90 min, and follow-up appointments can last up to 30 min. During this time you asked to step out of the consultation room with Dr Luc, so he can formalize your case with the specific remedy he will give you.

Please turn off all cell phones before entering the office, and please do not wear strong scented oils or perfumes, as many people have allergies and/or are hypersensitive to strong scents.

If you arrive at the office for your scheduled appointment, and there is no receptionist at the front desk, please have a seat in the waiting room, and Dr Luc or someone will be out to greet you shortly.

Established patient phone communication in-between visits:
Phone calls are returned for patient questions by either Dr Luc or his assistant within one business day.

We do not charge for brief questions through either phone or e-mail of under 5 minutes, but do charge for longer consultations. Please see the Consultation/Fee page.
